A very clean and mostly original Ragtop that is located in California, here it has been throughout life. Painted the hard to find VW Anthracite color and taken down to bare metal when professionally sprayed. Interior is clean, ice and needs nothing. After-market radio in glove box with speakers and amp in cubby - plug in iPod, tc.

1641 cc dual port motor rebuilt approx 4,500 miles ago. Recent new Bosch starter, attery, ertronix electronic ignition (wow, hat an improvement!), alve cover gaskets and adjustment, istributor cap & rotor, GK plugs, il change (with filter) and tune up. Stock carburetor. Horn works. The electrical system has been converted to 12V. Systems checked as working well: shocks, lutch, rakes, ights. No signs of rust; no prior repairs. Good newer tires on straight, tock rims. Odometer reads 81K.

It runs very sweet; a delightful driver. It runs and drives perfect on freeway and in town driving.
