Description for Volkswagen Bus/Vanagon 1977
Up for auction is a beautiful 1977 VW Tin Top Camper Van. The bus comes equipped with functioning sink, fridge, fold down bed, full privacy curtains, and child's cot. Every thing the camper version came with is still with this van, including the rear mosquito net. It has a completely rebuilt motor with warranty, "12 months or 12K miles", but that is only good if you are in the Phoenix area. The engine was purchased from Donson's performance air cooled machine shop, and they are only warrantying it for local residents that could bring it to them if it needs service. Otherwise it is "as is'. The van has been in Arizona it's entire life, and is rust free, right on down to the battery box, which is perfect. Here is a list of everything that has been done to it in the past 6 months.Rebuilt 2.0 motor
New Empi carb and intake set
New clutch and assembly
Rebuilt alternator
New Paint
New CV axles
New tires
New kick panels
New carpet
New front rubber floor mat
New fresh water pump
New mirrors
New brakes
All new light lenses
New windshield and seal
Upholstery redone
New front door panels
All the lights work like they should, and all windows and doors open and close nicely. It also comes with a removable front spare tire carrier, so you can run with it with the spare tire on the front or the inside the tire cabinet or go with the emblem look on the front. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask, and I will answer them as best I can. A $1000 dollar deposit is due immediately at close of auction (PayPal) and full payment is due within 72 hours. Thank you.
