Description for Volkswagen Squareback 1971

Volkswagen Squareback. This car is in amazing shape given its age! Mostly rustfree except for the spots shown in pictures of RH rocker panel. Floor pans are very solid. I have additional pictures of the undercarrage on my phone I can send if anyone is interested. The previous owners started restoring the interior many years ago and tried to tune it up as well. They got spark plug wires in the wrong order and never got it right. It set for many years in a small garage in Torrington Wy. until I bought it about a year ago. I had a repair shop in Torrington and actually worked on this car a time or two in the 80"s as it belonged to my doctor. It is in excellent mechanical condition and runs well with original fuel injection intact. Brakes and electrical system work fine-even the heater functions.
