1971 Chevrolet GT Vega hatch back one of a kind was parked since 1979 under a car port it's a California car only rust it has is on the rear passenger side corner by the tail light and inside where spare tire goes not blow through though..it's a GT manual transmission all i did to get it to run was change spark plugs and points ran super but did smoke so yes will need a rebuild. I also put tires on it and noticed it had front disk brakes inside is complete all door panels vin is in great visible shape and can help with shipping arrangements by delivering to your shipper of choice if local for a small fee.
