You are bidding on a very nice example of the classic Porsche 914 that includes many Porsche 911 enhancements.As close as you'll get to a 911 for about half the price. This is an investment that should increase in value in the future.

Change in life circumstances forces sale. I purchased this 914 earlier this year with the intention of it being my forever Porsche. I invested an additional $10,000 mostly in the wheels/tires, some interior work… seat insets/carpet…replaced some weatherstripping/trim etc

Includes a stack of paperwork that includes the history/receipts for parts/work going back the past 20 years.

Car was repainted/color changed to 1972 Porsche 914 Light Ivory at some point in its past.

Body

Rust free all original California car. No rust on floors, rockers, jack points, hell hole. Paint is very nice but there are a few very minor chips (edge of engine hatch) and one small spider crack where it appears someone closed the truck on something. Bumpers were chromed.

Engine/Transaxle

2.0 Porsche engine increased to 2055 with a 96mm bore kit.. Build by California builder Art White/FAT Performance. Solid lifter cam, 96mm Blueprinted/polished crank, reconditioned rods, head work, etc.

Dual Weber carbs. Oil cooler, 911 Style Upright cooling shroud/fan, and lots more. Dyno at 137HP. All receipts included.

Later model side shifter transaxle.

Interior

Presents very well. All detailed and perfect. I recently replaced the seat inserts with proper Basketweave material.

New high end German velour Porsche carpets.

Gauges clean and clear. All controls work. (no heat exchangers) There is no stereo receiver. A block off plate was added but includes a plate if you wish to install a receiver. Car does have a Kicker amp and speakers that are not connected.

Suspension, brakes

911 front suspension. 911 5 lug hubs, 911 brakes all around. Stainless brake lines. Turbo tie rods. Brand New Maxilite 7x16, 6x16 Fuchs wheels. OEM center caps. Brand New Firestone tires.

Car has had much more work than I can list. Best of everything. Please reference photos and ask questions prior to bidding.

Fog lights are not working, but I have the bulbs etc so this should be a quick fix. I have driven the car around my neighborhood, but it's mostly its been a museum piece for the last number of years from what I know, so may need some fine tuning of carbs, etc.

Car is sold as is/where is. I encourage and will accommodate pre-sale inspections. While car is in stunning condition, it is a 50 year old vintage Porsche and expectations should be set as such.
