Description
This 1940 Packard Super 8 160 is an excellent low mile unrestored example. Odometer shows 9,500 miles and prior to my ownership was owned and maintained by the same collector since the 1970’s. The vehicle runs great and is mainly used for weekend drives. The car has been painted once, long ago and that paint has started to flake in a couple areas of the car. There is no rust or bondo in this car. The interior is original and it could use some attention primarily with the trim on the dash. The headliner is excellent and the seats are in good shape with some minor moth holes in the fabric. This vehicle is a full CCA Classic and will no doubt do very well in a survivor class. They are only original once and this car drives and shifts like new. I had purchased it with the intention of restoring it, however I cannot bring myself to take it apart it drives so well. They are only original once and I feel it should stay that way.
